Katja Jakša Žlender

Katja began her independent business journey in 2010, previously gaining experience in investment banking. Because freedom at work and efficient time mean a lot to her, and numbers and analysis are just tools to reach her goal, she embarked on the path of managing her own company, which she perfects together with her husband Marko, with the whole team contributing with their creativity and desire for progress.

Today, Katja is one of the indispensable people on our team, who inspires us and reminds us every day why we do this. Katja is a very positive, adaptable person, a leader, and a mediator who always tries to find a solution that is acceptable to all participants. She believes in good people and the order of values in business and personal life. She initiates good business practices and especially in co-creating a good environment, which she spreads around with her warm energy. Her passions are dancing, nutrition, family, and being the biggest support to her partner, with whom they co-creates a positive environment of personal and business stories based on the values of good people.

Sara brought a new, fresh wind to our team. She is irreplaceable, self-initiative, persistent, and a reliable addition to our vision. She has been enhancing her knowledge for years and contributes to the team primarily with her dedication to work. Her accuracy, organization, and very good memory for people, names, and details outperform many a quantum computer from Google. Sometimes we joke that we don’t need artificial intelligence because, in optics, you just say, “Hey, Sara…”

WHY DO I DO THIS?

When emotions and feelings emerge, when people realize or simply when a child sees his mom for the first time because he only knew her by voice before, these are moments of happiness that I gladly capture and thereby inadvertently brighten the day for myself, the team, and the customers.«

Katarina is a relaxed, charismatic, and energetic woman with over 20 years of experience in the optical field. She brought a new dose of relaxation and creativity to our team, adding the final touch. She introduced that part of Styrian honesty and ease in conversation that almost every visitor to our optician’s office recognizes and envies. She is a charming and determined woman with a smile and is always practical with optical advice.

He gained his first work experience at the age of sixteen, when he began exploring his interests and passions. Studying chemical engineering provided him with a solid technical foundation, but at the same time, he felt a strong pull toward the world of marketing and sales.

He is skilled in technical support, copywriting, and editing video and image content, which demonstrates his versatility and adaptability. His curiosity drives him to explore the latest trends in various fields, including marketing, technology, philosophy, and psychology. Learning new skills each day enables him to expand his existing knowledge and abilities.

He believes that with persistence and effort, one can learn anything. To him, ignorance is not a barrier but a challenge he never backs down from; instead, he embraces it with openness and enthusiasm for learning and growth.

Life goes on, and experiences are what you unknowingly pick up along the way. While rushing towards your goal, you often don’t realize it. Marko Žlender is an optician by profession. So far, he has gained more than 20 years of work experience in the field of optics, both locally and internationally. He has added to his invaluable knowledge by working for several years for the international organization Carl Zeiss, where he was always at the cutting edge of innovation.

Marko enhances his knowledge every day and strives to pass on his optical and technical knowledge, as for him, giving heartfully means the true value that is returned a thousandfold. He is the professional and conceptual leader of our team, distinguished by great perseverance, audacity, courage, and pushing boundaries. From optics to marketing, a man with a thousand ideas never gives up. Marko is our indispensable asset to whom we all turn when things “creak.” Over a cup of coffee and warm words, a solution is always found, as for him, a problem doesn’t exist. Only a solvable situation.

His passion is esotericism, forgotten knowledge that schools no longer teach. This science provides broader knowledge about human beings, reason, and relationships, and especially about the way of creating events that we perceive as an inevitable system of changing values.

DIVE MASKS

A passion for diving and a lack of suitable equipment on the market led to developing our product – a diving mask with dioptric. Because we want to provide all divers with a top-notch underwater experience, we specialize in handcrafting custom-made masks for individuals, including the highest precision and quality.

CHILDREN'S GLASSES

Excellent and sharp vision is fundamental for a child’s development. If we recognize vision problems in a child early enough, we have many more opportunities to correct eye defects. We specialize in children’s glasses and offer many children’s frames and quality lenses. We conduct vision exams from a child’s third year onwards.
